Be nice!

BIG INDUSTRIES…..

…. is an in-game entity operating since around the year 2013. Aside from creating and running a business which is, of course, one of the goals it was also our main interest to help the player community and ENTROPIA UNIVERSE as a whole.

Therefore it is mandatory that YOU as a member and representative of BIG act always and under any conditions nice and respectful while you are acting as an employee but also while you are just playing as an individual entropian on your own. Your actions and behaviors will fall back in good or bad ways to you but also on the entity as a whole.

Furthermore, it is a need for good teaming. All overall we play a game and that shall be fun. So be nice to each other so all will enjoy our journey in ENTROPIA.

 

Be responsible!

…… You are an important member of a whole team and we are all aside from playing the game entrusted with the day to day jobs or leads and other duties in many fields.

So be responsible for the tasks you are signing in for. Do your best to be in time and at the place, prepared and well set.

It helps all to get our ship continuously sailing and growing, It will show that we are a team that can “rock a planet”, get events done professional and will encourage the player to step up in our family. To be even proud to be a member of BIG INDUSTREIS.                                                                             Like many of us are for years now


General

  1. Act always in the awareness that you represent BIG INDUSTRIES as a whole. Avoid any behavior that can shed a bad light on the company.
  2. Act always respectful to your teammates.
  3. Follow the briefings and directions of your Planet Manager, Teamleader, General Manager.
  4. In ongoing conflictive discussions, mainly meant the misbehave of participants, and talks during our events it is necessary to give deescalation priority over your own opinion. Controversy opinions in general and a respectful discussion are welcome of course.

General Manager

  1. The Manager tries to cover all occurring gaps for the events if a host is missing for that event and the Team Manager is also unable to cover it.
  2. Assist in the solvation of conflicts within the teams. Between members of the team or between a member and a Team manager.

Teamleader

  1. The Teamleader tries to cover all occurring gaps for the events if a host is missing for that event. In the case of not being able to cover the event, requestion assistance from the General Manager.
  2. Addresses conflicts between team members in all teams. Requests assistance by the General Manager in case a conflict can not be solved.

Planet Manager

  1. Is responsible in the first place that the events are covered and covers any gaps in the case it is needed. In the case it is not possible to cover the gap the planet leader requests help by the team leader.
  2. Books the event cost on a daily base into the payslips
  3. Hand out all pay on a  weekly base.

Jobs

SSI

  1. As a team member, the sale of Sweat during the SSI is only possible in exceptional cases.
    1.  the regular daily amount of bought sweat reaches the 10k but exceptionally less at a day.
    2. Reward sweatbuys by the planet leader or host at own cost.
    3. Randomly given opportunities for a different reason by the team leader or manager
